Please
note that Aplus Technology can also offer special
payments terms on account to specific clients who
prefer these payment options. This special service
is only available to specific clients and must be
organized according to Aplus Technology's policies
and procedures. Any clients who are interested may
ask one of our sales staff for more information
regarding this issue.
Refunds:
If any client wishes to receive a refund due not
at the fault of Aplus Technology, Aplus Technology
has the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking
fee which may vary according to each product.

Pick
Up- clients may
pick up their goods from our office. Postal address:
Unit 1B / 64 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, NSW
2113, Sydney Australia. Clients are not charged
for pick-ups.
Registered Post- delivered within 3 working
days to locations within CBD districts and within
4-7 working days for remote country areas within
Australia. Cost is $7.00(excl GST)*.
Express Post Platinum
- delivered within the next working day to
most locations. Some remote locations take longer
than one working day. Cost is $13.80(excl GST)*.
Courier Pick ups and drop Offs (Fastway)*-
Delivered to NSW and Interstate Metropolitan areas
in VIC and QLD: $11.00(excl GST)*.
Australian Air Express- Guaranteed next day
delivery almost anywhere in Australia. Some remote
locations take longer than one working day. Cost
is $16.50(excl GST)*.
Toll Priority- Next day delivery to almost
anywhere in Australia. May take 2 working days for
remote areas. Cost is $12.00(excl GST)*. Cost will
increase for deliveries to the Northern Territory.
APM
Same Day Deliveries* - within Sydney metropolitan
locations only. Delivery time is usually within
3 hours. Cost will vary depending upon different
situations. May also send packages from point to
point for an additional fee.

Technology are not liable for any damages and/ or

Order
cut-off time:
The cut-off times for delivery services are as follows
(please ensure orders are placed before these cut-off
times):
- Fastway
next day courier service 12.30pm.
- Australian
air express is 3.00pm.
- Registered
is 4.00pm.
- Express
Post Platinum is 4.00pm.
- Toll
Priority is 2.30pm.
Delivery Charges
In some circumstances delivery charges may increase
due to incorrect address data, repeated attempts
to deliver a package without success due to client
unavailability or other unforseen circumstances.
Such circumstances include:
If Aplus Technology receives incorrect postal details,
which ultimately affects the client receiving the
package, Aplus is not liable for any further costs
(including any further freight or product costs)
in the event of re-shipping.
Shipping
Policy
Registered Post- calling card will be left at the
postal address, which will advise you to pick up
the package at the nearest Australia Post Office.
You are required to pick up the package within a
specified amount of days, with some photo identification.
If you do not pick up the package within the specified
time period the package will be returned to the
sender. In this instance additional freight charges
apply for reshipment.
Fastway
couriers- you must be at the postal address given
to receive the package. If no one is at the location,
a calling card will be left which will advise you
as to which number to call so that you can re-arrange
a more appropriate time for delivery or to arrange
where you may go to pick up the package personally.
Alternatively if you cannot be present at the time
of delivery, we may receive your authorization to
allow the courier to leave the package at the postal
address without you being there- either at the front
door or at the reception. In this instance Aplus
is not liable is the package is misplaced or stolen.
Australian
Air Express- you must be at the postal address given
to receive the package. If no one is at the location
most of the times a calling card will be left which
will advise you as to where you may go to pick up
the package, or which number to call so that you
can re-arrange a more appropriate time for delivery.
Express
Post Platinum- you must be at the postal address
given to receive the package. If no one is at the
location most of the times a calling card will be
left which will advise you as to where you may go
to pick up the package.
Toll
Priority-you must be at the postal address given
